ReplyDeleteI am staying near Kuang, Selangor. This morning I saw two bright yellow birds in the trees, about the size and appearance of a dove I guess . I tried to find what they would be on Google but instead found your website. Any idea of what they might be? I could only see them through my binoculars, didn't have time to get a photo. They seemed to be yellow all over. It would be interesting to know what they are.

DeleteImej burung yang cantik no 2, Crimson Sunbird~Aethopyga siparaja yang dipaparkan oleh Saudara Sulaiman adalah burung jantan juvana, bukannya burung betina. Untuk kepastian sila rujuk kembali Kitab Robson muka surat 274 plate 8 dibawah teks juvana ada dinyatakan dengan jelas.Harap ini dapat membantu. Ikhlas & Wassalam.
Sila perhatikan paruh burung yang masih lagi berwarna cerah dan mempunyai sedikit warna kekuningan disisi paruh berhampiran dengan mulut burung. Tanda-tanda itu membuktikan imej burung yang dipaparkan adalah burung juvana jantan Crimson Sunbird~Aethopyga siparaja. Wasalam.
